What Being Vegan Means To Me?
Bring a vegan is like a bird that is allowed to fly, a fish that can swim in its respected environment, or a mammal that can run free. That's what they are meant to do just as we are not meant to consume them. besides, it's healthier and better for the environment. We will all benefit from it for generations to come. You'll Need:
4 Tbs. Olive oil
2 cans of Cannellini beans (not drained)
½ can of Green Peas (optional)
a lot of Garlic (to taste)
1 tsp. of crushed hot Red Peppers
1 tsp. of Black Pepper
vegan parmesan cheese
12 oz Elbow Macaroni
Method:
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to the boil and cook the pasta according to package directions.
Sauté the garlic in olive oil and add crushed hot red peppers, salt and pepper.
Combine the cooked pasta and the rest of the ingredients in a pot and place it on a low heat. Stir and wait until heated thoroughly.
Place in individual bowls and top with vegan parmesan cheese.
